Job Description
You will develop and support SAP HR and Fiori solutions.
Responsibilities
• Design and architect complex technical solutions for SAP environments.
• Develop ABAP HR components including HR Renewal and HCM modules.
• Configure and customize the SAP Fiori Launchpad, including groups and role mapping.
• Manage application support, workload priorities, and technical issue resolution.
• Document technical specifications and solution designs.
Required Skills
• 5+ years of experience in SAP ABAP HR development.
• Deep knowledge of SAP HCM modules: OM/PA, Benefits, ECM, Payroll, and Time.
• Experience with Payroll and Time Schema changes.
• Proficiency in ABAP Object Oriented Programming and ABAP WebDynpro.
• Hands-on experience with ALE, IDOC, BADI, BAPI, and OData.
• Experience with SAPUI5 development and configuration using Web IDE.
• Expertise in SAP Fiori roles setup and Launchpad Designer.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills within SAP support methodologies.
• Any Graduate degree.
