Sell4Phone is hiring Salesman and Floor Staff for our pre-owned mobile store on Ashram Road, Ahmedabad. Freshers are welcome - no experience needed. We train you on phones, billing and selling. If you can talk to customers in Gujarati and Hindi and you are willing to learn, you can start here and grow to Senior Salesman.Key Responsibilities:- Welcome every customer who walks in and understand what they are looking for.- Show pre-owned phones, tablets and accessories and explain features and price clearly.- Learn and explain condition grades, battery health and warranty terms.- Help customers compare models and guide them to the right budget option.- Keep display racks stocked, clean, correctly tagged and well arranged.- Assist with billing on the POS system and keep IMEI entries correct.- Support the Senior Salesman during buy-back and exchange checks.- Suggest accessories - covers, screen guards, chargers, earphones - on every sale.- Keep the store clean and presentable through the day.Job Requirements:The minimum qualification is 12th Pass and above. Freshers are welcome and any retail experience is a plus. Fluent Gujarati and Hindi with basic English is required. Should be comfortable using a computer - full training provided on our billing software. Must be presentable, polite and willing to work on the floor.What we offer: Rs.18,000 to Rs.24,000 fixed plus incentive on every sale, full product and sales training from day one, promotion to Senior Salesman on performance, and staff discount on devices. Joining within 15 days.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
