As a Salesforce Trainer & Learning Department Lead at Zordial Technologies, a Salesforce Crest (Gold) Consulting Partner and Salesforce Development Company based in Jaipur, you will be responsible for spearheading internal Salesforce training initiatives and leading the Learning & Development (L&D) department. Your role will involve designing and delivering customized Salesforce training programs for employees at all levels, including end-users, administrators, and developers. Additionally, you will conduct hands-on workshops, webinars, and one-on-one coaching sessions to enhance Salesforce adoption within the organization.Your responsibilities will include creating comprehensive training materials such as video tutorials, documentation, and best-practice guides.
