Summary:
• 5–8 years of Salesforce platform experience
• Strong hands‑on experience with:
• Salesforce Service Cloud
• Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL)
• Proficiency in:
• Apex
• LWC
• Triggers
• Batch Classes
• Solid understanding of FSL data model and scheduling optimization.
• Design and implement Salesforce Field Service Lightning solutions including:
• Work Orders
• Service Appointments
• Assets
• Maintenance Plans
• Work Types
• Service Territories
• Service Resources
• Operating Hours, Skills, Scheduling & Optimization Policies
• Configure and optimize:
• FSL Dispatcher Console
• Gantt scheduling
• Appointment lifecycle and SLA compliance
• Configure and customize FSL Mobile App (iOS / Android):
• Offline data access and synchronization
• Mobile actions, quick actions, and technician workflows

Ensure usability and performance in low‑connectivity field environments.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Leadership & Delivery
• Lead end‑to‑end implementation of Salesforce Field Service Lightning solutions.
• Own and deliver:
• Work Orders, Service Appointments
• Service Territories, Work Types, Service Resources
• Skills, Operating Hours, Scheduling & Optimization Policies
• Configure and optimize the FSL Dispatcher Console and appointment lifecycle.
• Act as the primary technical point of contact for FSL development activities.
• Development & Customization
• Design and develop custom solutions using
• Apex, Triggers, Batch Classes
• Lightning Web Components (LWC)
• Customize FSL Mobile App for field technicians, including offline capabilities.
• Ensure scalable and maintainable code aligned with Salesforce best practices.

Integration & Platform
• Lead integrations between Salesforce FSL and external systems
• Work with REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools.
• Support integration‑heavy FSL use cases (common in Manufacturing and AMS programs).
• Team & Stakeholder Collaboration
• Lead and mentor FSL developers within the pod.
• Collaborate with:
• FSL Architect for solution alignment
• Business Analysts for requirement clarity
• QA and DevOps teams for releases
