Senior DevOps Consultant Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce DevOps to join our team. The Salesforce Dev Ops will be responsible for the development and maintenance of our Salesforce platform and the integration with other systems. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in Salesforce development, testing and deployment, as well as expertise in DevOps practices, cybersecurity and automation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Work closely with stakeholders such as IT, sales, marketing and management to understand business requirements and ensure that they are implemented in Salesforce.
• Develop, test and deploy Salesforce applications, features and customizations using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, JavaScript and other tools.
• Maintain the Salesforce platform by troubleshooting issues, improving performance and ensuring data integrity.
• Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and other systems such as ERP, marketing automation, and BI systems.
• Implement DevOps best practices such as version control, continuous integration, testing automation, and deployment automation.
• Collaborate with the development team to ensure that code is developed in accordance with best practices and coding standards.
• Ensure the security and compliance of the Salesforce platform and other systems by implementing necessary cybersecurity measures.
• Maintain documentation of system architecture, configuration, and application support.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in Salesforce development, testing and deployment.
• Strong experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, JavaScript and other Salesforce tools.
• Experience in Salesforce Administration and configuration.
• Expertise in DevOps practices such as version control, continuous integration, testing automation, and deployment automation.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity and data protection regulations.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Salesforce certifications like Salesforce Platform Developer, Salesforce Administrator, etc.
• Experience with agile development methodologies like Scrum or Kanban.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in Salesforce development, testing and deployment.
