Responsibilities
• Prospecting via LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Email Outreach, and Cold Calling.
• Meet or exceed the assigned quota of connects per day.
• Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator to reach out to prospects everyday.
• Launch cold email campaigns.
• Update and manage all sales activities, opportunities, and account information in CRM
• Own prospecting, lead generation sales qualification to ensure the team meets annual revenue targets
• Run targeted outbound campaigns to generate new leads across different sectors, functions, and geographies.
• Manage the complete outbound sales funnel, talk to prospects, understand their requirements and qualify them
• Identify qualified prospects and navigate company structures to identify decision-makers.
• Consistently achieve monthly quota of qualified opportunities
• Proficient on Google Spreadsheets, MS Excel, and relevant productivity tools.
• Coordinate with US counterparts.
Requirements
Have demonstrated heavy cold calling volume.
• 2+ years of experience in a sales or business development role in a SaaS, business intelligence, or consulting organization is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritise work
• Ability to understand client requirements
• Ability to think on your feet - you ‘re someone who can figure out creative ways to keep the sales funnel always ripe with new prospects.
• Proven track record demonstrating strong articulation of a product selling points via phone and email.
• Positive attitude and demonstrated ability to deal with rejection.
• Strong oral and written communication skills along with excellent listening skills.
• Ability to develop rapport, influence others and maintain strong working relationships.
• Demonstrated ability to explain complex issues clearly.
• Must be self-motivated, persistent, and able to work independently
