Requirements Experience • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Sales Trainer or Process Trainer • Experience in sales, telesales, BFSI, fintech, collections, or customer support environments preferred • Prior experience handling NHB batches and OJT performance management is mandatory Skills • Strong presentation and facilitation skills • Excellent verbal and written communication • Strong understanding of sales processes and customer handling techniques • Ability to coach, motivate, and influence teams effectively • Good analytical and reporting skills • Comfortable using LMS tools, CRM platforms, Excel/Sheets, dashboards, and training trackers • Ability to manage multiple batches and deliver under timelines
