Polished Off is based in Perth and services the entire Perth metro and WA region.
We offer the best quality polished concrete, grind and seal and epoxy products to deliver the perfect look that our customers have always dreamed of.
And right now we're looking to hire an exceptional individual who is an absolute wizard at all things behind-the-scenes supporting sales.
Who are you?
Ideally, you're somebody with at least two years experience in sales support or high volume over-the-phone customer service - maybe you have some exposure to the concrete polishing world - Building and Construction, Trade or Retail. More than likely, people describe you as:
Self-confident and intelligent
You've got commercial 'smarts'
A doer - with vast resources of energy and a switched-on problem solver
Diplomatically assertive
Sociable... but you get on with the job too - responsible to see a task through to completion
You love policies, procedures and processes

The gig
Starting off on a part-time basis, your day-to-day will see you responding to incoming enquires and dealing with job related queries in the residential and commercial concrete polishing industry. You will be providing price indications based on the pricing matrix, making extensive notes about conversations, and handing over to the quoting team.

Follow-Up Response Time
Communication Quality
Lead Qualification Accuracy
Opportunity Handover Timeframe
CRM Record Keeping Accuracy
Pricing Matrix Accuracy Quote Tracking Accuracy
Handover Completeness to Quoting Team
