What You’ll Do • Talk with interested clients from Croatia or Slovenia (no cold calling!). • Match the right products to people’s needs. • Support customers and help them make confident buying decisions. • Achieve goals and celebrate your wins with the team.

Requirements

You don't need years of experience – we’ll teach you everything you need! We're looking for someone who is: • Fluent in Croatian or Slovenian (C1/C2). • Communicative in English or Polish (B2/C1) – so you can join our training sessions. • Available full time (160h/month), morning and afternoon shifts + selected weekend days. • Contract for specific work with a foreign company - taxes and insurance are on your side. • Motivated, creative, open to learning and taking action. • Excited about talking with customers. Experience in sales or Call Center is a plus, but not required if you’re ready to learn and grow fast.
