Job Title : USUK Travel Sales Representative

Job Summary :

- As a US Travel Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling travel packages, accommodations, and related services to customers interested in domestic travel within the United States. You will work closely with clients to understand their preferences and provide them with personalized travel solutions.

Responsibilities :

Customer Engagement :

- Communicate with customers via phone, email, or in-person to understand their travel preferences and requirements.

- Provide expert advice on travel destinations, attractions, and activities within the United States.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Product Knowledge :

- Stay up-to-date with current travel trends, popular destinations, and industry developments in the United States.

- Familiarize yourself with various travel packages, accommodations, transportation options and ancillary services.

Sales and Promotion :

- Present and promote travel packages and services to potential customers.

- Create customized itineraries based on client preferences, budget, and travel dates.

- Provide quotes, negotiate prices, and facilitate booking processes.

Administrative Tasks :

- Process reservations, issue tickets, and manage bookings using relevant booking systems and software.

- Maintain accurate and organized records of client interactions, transactions, and bookings.

Customer Support :

- Provide pre- and post-trip support to customers, including assistance with itinerary changes, cancellations, and problem resolution.

- Address customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner.

Sales Targets and Reporting :

- Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas set by the company.

- Generate regular reports on sales activities, customer feedback, and market trends.

Qualifications :

- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in Travel and Tourism or related field is a plus).

- Previous experience in sales, preferably in the travel industry.

- Strong knowledge of travel destinations, attractions, and services within the United States.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proficiency in using travel booking systems and software.

- Customer-focused with a passion for providing exceptional service.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Skills :
