Job Description

We have the privilege of supporting and advising major clients on a daily basis. In order to support our growth, the agency is currently looking for a Sales Representative/Merchandiser.
This position will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction for both hot and cold beverages. We have been working with this client for years, and they are a pioneer in the production and distribution of beverages with a portfolio of over 125 brands. You will be responsible for consumable goods in convenience stores and small retail spaces. To apply for this role, it is essential to have a valid driver's license & exclusive access to a vehicle
This is a 6 week, fixed term contract opportunity
Why VIBRANT?
Hourly wage of $26/hour
Monthly automobile allowance starting at $125/month
End-of-Contract bonus of up to $100
Cell phone allowance of $15/month
Flexible schedule: 5-6 hours/week
Work on the road as an independent contractor
Responsibilities
Increase the number of points of sale within the assigned territory
Work closely with the supervisor to meet sales goals and targets
Ensure in-store activities support and reflect ongoing sales promotions
Ensure in-store execution aligns with the proposed plan (promotional calendar, agreements, floor space, planogram, etc.)
Participate in merchandising plans
Install and maintain point-of-sale (POS) equipment in stores
Manage own territory and customer meetings
Establish positive relationships with customers
Complete daily reports via the mobile app
Cover mainly gas stations and convenience stores in the territory
Qualifications & Required Skills
Exclusive access to a vehicle and a valid driver's license
Relevant experience in sales and/or merchandising
Ability to consistently meet or exceed sales targets
Ability to submit daily reports
Exclusive access to a smartphone—using an app in the work process is required
Must be tech-savvy and able to perform digital tasks easily through the app, which includes reports after each shift
Exclusive access to a computer and an internet connection
