Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Sales Associate to join our team at Rocky's Ace Hardware. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and have a strong understanding of sales principles.

Main Responsibilities:

Maintain a helpful and welcoming attitude towards customers, ensuring they receive an exceptional shopping experience.
Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card payments, and returns.
Work collaboratively with the management team to achieve sales and productivity goals.
Contribute to maintaining a clean and organized store environment, including merchandising displays and restocking shelves.
Solicit customers to sign up for the Ace Rewards program, promoting loyalty and retention.
Attend regular store meetings to stay informed about promotions, new products, and company initiatives.
