Job Title: Sales Representative – FMCG (Dry Fruits & Spices)

Padmabiz Agrotech Industries is a growing agri-products company dealing in premium dry fruits and raw spices, including Makhana, Cashew, Kishmish, Green Cardamom, Black Cardamom, and other related products. We focus on quality sourcing and long-term relationships with retailers and distributors.
We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Sales Representative to expand our retail presence and strengthen relationships with existing customers. The role involves field sales, retailer visits, product demonstrations, order collection, and coordination for timely order fulfillment.
Key Responsibilities
Visit new and existing retailers on a regular basis
Introduce company products and show product samples
Take orders and ensure accurate order documentation
Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers
Help coordinate with the internal team to ensure timely order fulfillment
Collect market feedback, pricing information, and competitor activity
Achieve assigned sales targets and expand customer base
Ensure proper product placement and visibility at retail outlets
Requirements & Skills
Proven experience in field sales / FMCG sales preferred
Knowledge of dry fruits, spices, or food products is an advantage
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to travel locally for daily market visits
Self-motivated with a target-driven approach
Basic knowledge of order booking and follow-ups
Two-wheeler with valid license preferred
