B2B Product Marketing Manager
Job Description
We are seeking a collaborative, execution-oriented Product Marketer to support go-to-market initiatives, customer engagement, sales enablement, and content development across our healthcare technology and services portfolio. This role will help translate complex solutions into clear, customer-centered messaging that supports market education, sales effectiveness, and revenue growth.
Working closely with marketing leaders, product management, and subject matter experts, this role will contribute to product positioning, launch support, sales materials, and campaign content. The ideal candidate is a solid communicator and project manager who can organize inputs from multiple stakeholders, develop compelling marketing materials, and help ensure consistent messaging across customer touchpoints.
This role is well suited for someone who can operate effectively in a fast-paced, matrixed environment, bring structure to ambiguous workstreams, and support strategic priorities through high-quality execution.
Primary Responsibilities:
Contribute to go-to-market planning and product launch activities for assigned solutions, campaigns, or portfolio initiatives
Help partner with marketing leaders, product management, and sales teams to help align on commercialization plans, launch priorities, and execution timelines
Contribute to the development of target audience definitions, buyer personas, market opportunity inputs, and competitive positioning
Help develop and refine product messaging, value propositions, and customer-facing narratives
Support cross-functional launch readiness by helping coordinate inputs, track deliverables, and ensure materials are completed on time
Product Messaging and Positioning
Assist in developing differentiated product messaging, value propositions, and positioning frameworks that communicate customer benefits and business impact
Translate complex healthcare, technology, clinical, operational, and financial capabilities into clear, customer-centric language
Help ensure messaging is consistent across sales presentations, marketing campaigns, web content, events, and customer communications
Gather stakeholder feedback and incorporate edits into messaging frameworks, sales materials, and campaign assets
Content Strategy and Content Development
Create, edit, update and oversee development of:
Sales presentations and executive briefings
Product datasheets and solution overviews
Customer success stories and case studies
White papers and thought leadership content
Articles, blogs, newsletters, and web content
Demo videos, infographics, webinars, and social content
Collaborate with subject matter experts, clinical leaders, and product teams to produce high-value content that supports demand generation and market education
Sales Enablement
Partner with marketing colleagues and product to help develop tools and resources that improve sales effectiveness
Support creation of sales playbooks, battle cards, FAQs, competitive comparisons, objection-handling materials, and pursuit-specific content
Help prepare customer presentations, executive briefings, and strategic pursuit materials
Maintain and update enablement materials to ensure sales teams have access to accurate, relevant, and easy-to-use content
