Handle inbound and outbound calls related to property inquiries
Explain project details, pricing, offers, and payment plans to potential customers
Generate and qualify leads through calls, WhatsApp, and CRM
Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team
Maintain regular follow-ups with interested prospects
Update customer interactions and lead status in CRM on a daily basis
Achieve daily calling and lead generation targets
Build positive customer relationships and maintain professional communication
Coordinate with marketing and sales teams for lead management
Ensure timely response to all customer inquiries
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
