Sales Representative – Residential & Commercial Painting
Company: Canva PaintingLocation: Greater Toronto Area (GTA)Job Type: Full-time / Part-timeCompensation: Base salary and/or commission (based on experience)
About Canva Painting
Canva Painting is a professional residential and commercial painting company serving the Greater Toronto Area. We take pride in delivering high-quality workmanship, outstanding customer service, and a seamless experience from the first consultation to project completion. As our company continues to grow, we’re looking for a motivated Sales Representative to help expand our customer base.
Responsibilities
Respond promptly to new customer inquiries and leads.
Contact homeowners, property managers, and commercial clients.
Schedule on-site estimates and consultations.
Meet clients to understand their painting needs.
Prepare and present professional painting estimates.
Follow up with prospective customers to close sales.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Keep accurate records of leads, estimates, and sales activities using our CRM.
Coordinate with the operations team to ensure a smooth project handoff.
Represent Canva Painting professionally at all times.
Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
Qualifications
Previous sales experience is an asset but not required.
Experience in the painting, construction, home improvement, or related industry is an advantage.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Confident speaking with homeowners and business clients.
Excellent negotiation and customer service abilities.
Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
Organized and able to manage multiple leads effectively.
Comfortable using smartphones, email, and CRM software.
Valid Ontario driver’s licence and reliable transportation are preferred.
Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
