Your role as a Sales Account Manager
Build and manage strong client and carrier relationships
Negotiate competitive freight rates based on market dynamics
Identify opportunities and provide proactive customer solutions
Collaborate across teams to drive performance and service excellence
What we’re looking for
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Confidence in outbound sales and KPI-driven environments
Entrepreneurial mindset and problem-solving ability
Strong organizational and critical thinking skills
English required (French and Spanish are an asset)
