Responsibilities Bench Marketing: Promote our available consultants to your network and job boards. Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new contract opportunities for our candidates. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong connections with Tier-1 vendors and clients. End-to-End Placement: Manage resume tailoring, interview coordination, and rate negotiations. Closing: Ensure successful placements and follow through until candidates start. Qualifications Experience: 13 years in US IT staffing, bench sales, or recruitment. Network: A strong database of vendors and industry contacts is a plus. Sales Grit: A resilient "hunter" mentality to navigate challenges. Communication: Excellent verbal and written English skills.
