Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Promoter for Country Delight role based in Hyderabad. The Sales Promoter will actively engage with walk-in customers, explain Country Delight product features and benefits, and support them in making informed purchase decisions. The role involves setting up product displays, maintaining stock visibility, conducting product sampling or demonstrations, and promoting ongoing offers to increase sales. The Sales Promoter will handle basic queries, collect customer feedback, and coordinate with the store or area manager to ensure sales targets are met. Daily responsibilities also include maintaining a clean and organized promotion area and following company guidelines and procedures.
Qualifications
• Strong customer-facing abilities, including Customer Service and Communication skills.
• Sales-oriented skills such as Sales and Sales Promotion to drive product awareness and conversions.
• Basic technical comfort with Operating Systems to use billing systems, sales apps, or handheld devices.
• Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad with a flexible schedule, including weekends and peak hours.
• Prior experience in retail, FMCG, or field sales promotion is an advantage.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to stand for extended periods during promotion activities.
• Minimum high school education; additional training or certification in sales or marketing is beneficia
