The Opportunity
We are looking for a proactive and highly organised Sales Progressor to join our growing team on a full-time basis. This is a key role within the business, suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has excellent communication skills, and takes pride in delivering outstanding customer service throughout the sales journey.
The Role
This is a predominantly office-based position, responsible for managing property transactions from offer acceptance through to completion. You will act as the central point of contact for buyers, sellers, solicitors, mortgage brokers, and other parties involved in the process.
Your focus will be on maintaining momentum, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring all parties remain informed, helping to deliver a smooth and successful transaction experience. You will also assist with general office administration and answer telephone enquiries as required, ensuring every caller receives a professional and helpful service.
Key Responsibilities
Managing a pipeline of agreed sales from offer accepted to completion
Liaising regularly with buyers, sellers, solicitors, mortgage advisers, and surveyors
Proactively progressing transactions and identifying potential delays or issues
Providing regular updates to all parties involved in the sales process
Building strong relationships with clients and maintaining a high standard of customer service
Monitoring key milestones and ensuring deadlines are met
Maintaining accurate records and updating CRM systems
Answering incoming telephone calls and dealing with enquiries professionally and efficiently
Supporting with general office administration and day-to-day branch operations
Working closely with the sales team to maximise completion rates and deliver exceptional client outcomes
The Ideal Candidate
Previous experience in sales progression, estate agency, conveyancing, or a related property role
Strong organisational and time-management skills
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
Ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously
Proactive, solutions-focused approach to problem-solving
High attention to detail and commitment to client care
Professional telephone manner and confident dealing with client enquiries
Confident using CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications
Working Hours
Full-time 37.5 hrs p/week
Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm
Early finish at 4:00pm every other Friday
Salary
£27,000 – £32,000 per year (depending on experience) + team targeted bonus.
