• Hills / Contour based development planning
• Luxury Villa Planning & Layout Design
• Resort & Hospitality Project Planning
• Land Use, Road Network & Infrastructure Planning
• Clubhouse, Landscape & Amenity Zoning
• Site Feasibility & Concept Development
• Coordination with consultants & execution teams
• Development optimization and planning efficiency
