Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organised, proactive and customer-focused Sales Progressor to join our growing team. In this role, you will take ownership of a portfolio of agreed property sales, guiding each transaction from Memorandum of Sale through to completion. Acting as the central point of contact for buyers, vendors, solicitors, mortgage brokers and agents, you'll play a vital role in ensuring transactions progress efficiently while delivering an outstanding customer experience.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in property sales progression, conveyancing or estate agency who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building strong relationships while driving successful completions.
Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of approximately 50–60 agreed property sales, ensuring each transaction progresses efficiently towards exchange and completion.
Act as the primary point of contact for buyers, vendors, solicitors, mortgage brokers, surveyors and other key stakeholders throughout the sales process.
Proactively chase all parties involved to minimise delays, resolve issues and reduce the risk of transactions falling through.
Provide regular updates to buyers and vendors, managing expectations and delivering exceptional customer service throughout the transaction.
Liaise with solicitors, management companies and third parties to obtain outstanding documentation and information required for conveyancing.
Coordinate the collection of certificates and property documentation, including EICRs, Gas Safety Certificates, Probate documentation and other relevant records where required.
Maintain accurate records within our CRM system, ensuring milestones, notes and completion forecasts are updated promptly.
Produce reliable completion forecasts and prioritise workloads to help achieve monthly completion targets.
Work closely with colleagues across the Sales, Property and Operations teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.
Assist with general administrative duties, customer enquiries and team support where required.
Qualifications
Previous experience in Sales Progression, Conveyancing, Estate Agency or Residential Property is essential.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage a busy caseload.
A proactive approach to problem-solving with the confidence to take ownership of transactions.
High attention to detail and excellent administrative abilities.
Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
Ability to work independently whilst contributing positively within a collaborative team.
A customer-first mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding service.

Pay: £32,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
