# Job Description – Part-Time Sales Assistant

## Position Overview
Assets 99 Homes Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Part-Time Sales Assistant to support our real estate sales team. The candidate will assist in generating leads, interacting with prospective clients, promoting residential plots and properties, and helping customers throughout the sales process.
## Key Responsibilities
●Generate and follow up on sales leads through calls, social media, and referrals.
●Assist clients in understanding available plots, projects, and investment opportunities.
●Schedule and coordinate site visits for potential buyers.
●Maintain customer records and update lead information in the database.
●Handle customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms.
●Support the sales team in achieving monthly sales targets.
●Promote company projects through online and offline marketing activities.
● Prepare daily and weekly sales reports.
●Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
●Assist during property exhibitions, events, and promotional campaigns.
## Required Qualifications
●Minimum 12th Pass; Graduation preferred.
●Good communication and interpersonal skills.
●Basic knowledge of MS Office and social media platforms.
●Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
●Previous sales or customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
