Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Pro with US BPO Calling Experience based out of Palakkad, Kerala. The Sales Pro will engage in day-to-day tasks such as managing outbound and inbound sales calls, delivering excellent customer service, and closing sales deals. The role also involves providing training to new team members, developing sales strategies, and managing customer interactions to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.

• Ability to work independently and manage remote work responsibilities
• Previous experience in a BPO outbound B2B calling environment with US clients is MANDATORY
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
