Responsibilities:
• Meet local and outstation doctors to inform them about the facilities and services of BMCHRC for maximum referrals.
• Establish connections with smaller healthcare facilities, including clinics and diagnostic centers, to generate referral business.
• Develop relationships with nursing homes and primary care centers in the assigned regions.
• Organize and conduct community programs in collaboration with the communication department to increase hospital awareness.
• Utilize hospital databases for direct mail campaigns to doctors, other referral parties, and third-party payers.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in sales or marketing within healthcare or medical fields.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
