Job Title: Sales Order / Sales Bill Executive
Location: Bhandup & Hyderabad
Department: Accounts / Billing / Sales Support
Experience: 1–3 Years
Salary: 16,000
Job Summary:
A Sales Order / Sales Bill Executive is responsible for managing and processing customer orders, preparing sales bills, invoices, and related documentation accurately and efficiently. This role ensures smooth order-to-billing operations and supports the accounting and sales teams through precise data management and timely communication.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Order Processing:
Receive, review, and process sales orders accurately.
Coordinate with sales and dispatch teams for timely order fulfilment.
Sales Bill Processing:
Prepare, review, and process invoices, sales bills, and credit/debit notes.
Verify pricing, discounts, and tax details as per company policy.
Data Entry & Documentation:
Enter sales and billing data into ERP or accounting systems.
Maintain organized digital and physical records of all sales and billing transactions.
Invoice & Payment Management:
Manage invoice generation and dispatch to customers.
Track payments and update records, ensuring timely follow-ups for pending dues.
Customer Communication:
Respond to customer queries and resolve billing discrepancies.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Reporting & Analysis:
Generate and analyse sales and billing reports.
Provide insights to management for process improvement and financial accuracy.
Required Skills:
Accounting Knowledge: Understanding of invoicing, GST, and basic accounting principles.
ERP/Software Proficiency: Experience using ERP systems or accounting tools (e.g., Tally, SAP, QuickBooks).
Data Management: Strong data entry accuracy and record-keeping abilities.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication for coordination with teams and customers.
Analytical & Problem-Solving: Ability to analyse billing data and resolve discrepancies promptly.
Educational Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
Experience:
1–3 years of experience in sales billing, order processing, accounting, or a similar role.
