Job Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Operations Executive located in New Delhi. The Sales Operations Executive will handle day-to-day sales operations, assist in improving customer service processes, perform data analysis for sales performance, maintain communication with clients, and support the sales team with various operational tasks.

• Manage multiple responsibilities efficiently
• Provide exceptional support to ensure smooth sales and customer service functions
Key Responsibilities
• Generate and convert leads for ambulance services (B2B & B2C)
• Build strong relationships with hospitals, corporates, and emergency partners
• Achieve monthly sales targets and drive service outreach
• Manage client onboarding, coordination, and retention
• Collaborate with marketing and operations for seamless service delivery
• Prepare and present MIS reports, sales data, and forecasts
• Oversee staff rosters, grooming, and grievance redressal
• Handle client relations and service-level compliance
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity
