Job Description
Intern - Sales Operations
Duration: 3 months can be extended basis performance
Office Location: Khar, Mumbai
Stipend: 7K per month
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Data Management:
• Manage & organise historical data which will help reporting manager derive strategic insights for the management
• Handling Competitor reports
• Create Advertising History of all key accounts
• Providing data and analysis points to team when required
• Make case studies of innovative deals
• Managing editorial credit data
• Pipedrive
• Billing:
• Help finance team, in maintaining and organising billing details.
• Digital Ad Operations:
• Playing the key role of a Project Manager to execute the digital operations on behalf of the sales team and liaising with ad ops, editorial, marketing and sales team.
• Managing IO’s
• Maintain display tracker
• Develop a depository of all campaigns along with their KPI’s
• Other Tasks :
• Weekly market news to be shared with the team
• Conducting secondary research for the sales team
• Maintain database of active advertisers and update it periodically
• Update database of 7 lacs email Id’s
• Coordination with Subscription platform for various queries
• Digital marketing activities for client emailers.
• Making presentations
