About the Role:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Operations and Proposal Specialist to join our remote team. In this role, you will serve as a key contributor to two critical business functions: developing high-quality proposals and RFP responses that help win new business and providing reliable day-to-day sales operations support that keeps our revenue engine running smoothly. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional who thrives in a rapid-paced, collaborative workplace and is comfortable working cross-functionally with global teams. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable crafting a compelling proposal narrative as they are troubleshooting a CRM issue or pulling together a sales report.
This role requires flexibility to align with North America business hours on a regular basis, with working hours not extending beyond 11:00 PM IST.
