Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Marketing position based in Jamnagar. The role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities for water storage tanks and piping solutions, as well as managing and growing existing customer accounts. Daily responsibilities include visiting clients, presenting products, preparing quotations, negotiating terms, and following up to close sales. The team member will support marketing campaigns, participate in trade events or customer meets, and gather market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and customer needs. The role also includes maintaining accurate sales reports, coordinating with internal teams for order processing and delivery, and providing feedback to improve products and customer experience.
Qualifications
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build long-term, trust-based relationships with clients.
• Proven Sales and Sales Management abilities to achieve targets, manage pipelines, and drive revenue growth.
• Experience in Training or product demonstrations to educate customers, dealers, or team members on product features and benefits.
• Ability to work independently in the field, with good planning, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Preferred experience in industrial, building materials, or plastics/piping sector; familiarity with CPVC, UPVC, SWR, or PVC products is an advantage.
• Minimum diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Comfort using basic digital tools (CRM, spreadsheets, email) to manage leads, reports, and customer communication.
• Willingness to travel locally and regionally as required for client visits and market development.
