Sales & Marketing Manager (SOC 3556)
Job Description
Liaises with senior management to develop sales strategies, marketing plans, and enrolment targets for online medical education programmes.
Plans, coordinates and evaluates digital marketing campaigns across social media, email marketing, search engines and other online platforms to increase student enrolments and brand awareness.
Analyses student feedback, course completion data, website analytics and market trends to evaluate the effectiveness of course offerings, pricing strategies and the overall customer experience.
Compiles and analyses sales and revenue data from Stripe and other business platforms, prepares performance reports, and makes recommendations to improve sales and marketing outcomes.
Manages prospective and existing student enquiries, enrolments, renewals and relationships with institutional partners to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Conducts market research into the online medical education sector, monitors competitor activities, and identifies opportunities for business growth and product development.
Produces regular reports and strategic recommendations for senior management to support business planning and commercial decision-making.
Keeps up to date with developments in the UK medical education market and changes affecting medical licensing examinations, ensuring marketing campaigns and course information remain accurate, relevant and competitive.
Coordinates with internal staff and external service providers, including designers and digital marketing partners, to ensure timely delivery of marketing activities and promotional materials.
Pay: £33,400.00 per year
