Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Marketing Manager role based in Gurgaon. The Sales Marketing Manager will lead sales and marketing initiatives for real estate projects, including planning and executing campaigns to drive leads and conversions. Daily responsibilities include managing and mentoring sales teams, monitoring performance metrics, and coordinating with marketing to develop promotional strategies, digital campaigns, and offline events. The role also involves building and maintaining relationships with clients, developers, and partners, conducting market research to identify new business opportunities, and ensuring a high-quality customer experience throughout the sales cycle. The Sales Marketing Manager will collaborate closely with leadership to align sales targets with business objectives and contribute to revenue growth and brand positioning.
