We are hiring a Sales & Marketing Manager to drive field sales, customer acquisition, and business development across West Bengal. The ideal candidate should be confident in customer handling, market development, and achieving sales targets.
What You Will Do:
• Generate new business through field sales and direct customer interaction.
• Identify potential customers and convert leads into business.
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Plan market visits and expand business in the assigned territory.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Identify new market opportunities and support business expansion.
• Track competitor activity and provide market feedback.
• Maintain daily sales activities and performance reports.
Who Can Apply?
• Graduation is mandatory.
• Minimum 2+ Years of Experience in Field Sales / Sales & Marketing.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Good customer relationship and business development ability.
• Target-oriented and willing to travel within the assigned area.
• Candidates with BFSI, Insurance, Banking, FMCG, Telecom or other field sales experience are welcome.
