Marketing Sales Executive – Personal Care Ingredients Formulations
Location: Mumbai (On-site)
Experience: 3–5 years in B2B sales within personal care, cosmetics, or specialty ingredients sectors
Education: B.Sc./M.Sc. in Microbiology, Biotechnology, Pharmacy or Chemistry
Reporting To: Business Head / COO
Key Responsibilities
· Business Development: Identify and engage potential B2B clients in the personal care industry, including cosmetic brands, contract manufacturers and RD labs.
· Client Relationship Management: Maintain and nurture existing client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
· Technical Consultation: Provide clients with technical insights and recommendations on marine biotech ingredients and formulations.
· Digital Marketing Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute digital campaigns, webinars, and online promotions.
· Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies.
· Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis for management review.
