Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Marketing Executive to join our growing advertising team. The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of experience in sales or marketing roles within the advertising, media, or digital marketing industry. You will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company revenue targets.
• Identify and connect with potential clients to pitch advertising services and solutions.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the creative and operations teams to deliver client campaigns effectively.
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry innovations.
• Meet weekly/monthly targets for lead generation, client meetings, and sales closures.
• Participate in marketing campaigns, events, and networking opportunities.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development in the advertising/media industry.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of advertising channels – print, digital, outdoor, social media, etc.
• Goal-oriented with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
