Job Description
· Responsible for real estate sales with customers.
· Handle New Customers Enquiries, understand their Property requirement and Suggest Suitable Projects.
· Give details and Presentations to the client about interested Projects.
· Personal or on call interaction with Client to give them full details of the property and solve their queries regarding the project.
· Regular Follow-up with prospective customers to facilitate site-visits and possible closures.
· Proactive and systematic in tracking all enquiries
· Maintain lead database of the clients and prospects.
· Handle incoming and outgoing calls e-mails.
· Maintain fruitful relationships with existing customers and bring additional sales.
Qualifications and Requirements:
· 0-6 Months Experience
· Basic Computer Knowledge with Excel.
· The candidate should be a Graduate/ Post Graduate with good communication skills.
Candidate Should have Own Two wheeler and Laptop.
Job Types: Full-time, Fresher
Salary: Up to ₹400,000.00 per year
