About the role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced logistics professional to oversee domestic order fulfillment. In this role, you will be responsible for managing logistics operations, optimizing the network, and ensuring timely delivery to our customers while maintaining the logistics cost. You will also be responsible for collaborating with other departments to ensure a smooth and efficient customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Transportation Management:
Negotiating rates with carriers, optimizing shipping routes through logical allocation, and coordinating with partners to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
Cost Optimization:
Analyzing transportation costs, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and implementing process improvements to reduce overall expenses.
Performance Monitoring:
Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) related to logistics, such as delivery times, shipping costs, returns etc.
Vendor Management:
Developing new partners maintaining relationships with existing logistics partners.
Problem Solving:
Addressing logistics issues, such as delays, damages, theft or incorrect shipments, and collaborating with relevant parties to resolve them.
Technology Implementation:
Utilizing and implementing technology to optimize logistics processes.
Collaboration:
Working with other departments, such as marketing, and customer service, to ensure a smooth and efficient customer experience.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
