Role Description
Colobo Club India Private Limited, located in Rajkot, is seeking a Sales Manager for a full-time, hybrid role that involves office work as well as work from home flexibility. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and supervising the sales team to ensure that targets and KPIs are met. Additionally, the Sales Manager will continuously identify potential customers, liaise with customers to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction, and build and maintain excellent relationships with clients. The Sales Manager will report to the Managing Director and will collaborate with internal teams to achieve company goals.
Qualifications
• At least 5 years of experience in sales or business development roles
• Demonstrated success in managing a team and achieving sales targets
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as negotiation and networking abilities
• Excellent organizational and project management skills
• A passion for sales
• Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in hospitality, event management, or travel industry startups is a plus
• Ability to work independently and with a team
• Flexibility to work some evenings and weekends
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
