Sales Manager Responsibilities:

• Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls.

• Meeting planned sales goals.

• Setting individual sales targets with the sales team.

• Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.

• Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team..

• Provide solutions according to clients requirements

• Promoting the organization and products and Proactive in identifying new business opportunities within the industry.

• Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products.

• Contribute to the company risk management process in accordance with your position and duties/ responsibilities

• Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management

Sales Manager Requirements:

• Minimum Degree

• At least 2+ years of sales experience on electronic components/Semiconductors.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing process will be an advantage.

• Dedication to providing great customer service.
