Sales Manager - Delhi NCR
Responsibilities:
• Market Penetration: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to maximize occupancy and revenue for Four Leaf Hotels across Delhi NCR.
• Client Acquisition: Identify, target, and acquire new corporate clients, travel agencies, event planners, and other relevant business segments.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, ensuring exceptional customer service and repeat business.
• Sales Presentations: Conduct compelling sales presentations and site visits to showcase the unique offerings of Four Leaf Hotels.
• Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Revenue Management: Collaborate with the revenue management team to optimize pricing and inventory strategies.
• Reporting: Prepare and present regular sales reports, providing insights into performance and market trends.
• Networking: Represent Four Leaf Hotels at industry events and networking functions.
• Achieve and Surpass Sales Targets: Consistently meet or exceed established sales targets.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of sales experience in the hospitality/travel industry, preferably in Delhi NCR.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong understanding of the Delhi NCR hospitality market.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to travel within Delhi NCR as needed.
