β Automobile / Two-Wheeler dealership experience preferred
β Strong communication & customer-handling skills
β Target and performance-oriented approach
β Leadership & team-management skills for managerial positions
β Knowledge of CRM/MIS preferred
β Local market knowledge will be an advantage
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
β Achieve sales/service & dealership KPIs
β Ensure effective lead follow-up and conversion
β Deliver excellent customer experience
β Maintain CRM, reporting & performance MIS
β Drive team productivity and market penetration
β Ensure achievement of individual/team targets
