Are you a results-driven sales professional with a passion for real estate? We’re looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead and scale our sales operations across the Delhi-NCR region.

🔹 Role: Sales Manager (Real Estate)

📍 Location: Delhi-NCR

💼 Experience: Minimum 4–5 years in real estate sales

🔑 Key Responsibilities:
• Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets
• Develop and execute effective sales strategies
• Drive revenue growth and manage client relationships
• Monitor performance, reporting, and pipeline management
• Ensure smooth coordination between teams and stakeholders

💰 Compensation:
• CTC: ₹6 LPA (including minimum incentives)
• Attractive performance-based incentives

🎯 What We’re Looking For:
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Proven track record in real estate sales
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
