Logistics Coordinator in Bangalore

We are looking for a fast, highly proactive logistics coordinator to manage day-to-day vehicle movement and ensure successful deliveries.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and book 20–25 vehicles daily based on delivery requirements.
Coordinate with drivers from vehicle booking to pickup - transit - successful delivery.
Ensure vehicles are placed on time and drivers have all required information.
Track live deliveries and proactively follow up on delays, cancellations and exceptions.
Quickly arrange replacement vehicles in case of driver/vehicle failure.
Coordinate with warehouses, suppliers, customers and internal teams to ensure smooth deliveries.
Maintain accurate delivery and vehicle tracking records.
Take complete ownership of delivery issues until they are resolved.
