We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive residential and commercial property sales.

The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, excellent client-handling abilities, and a proven track record in real estate sales.

Key Responsibilities

 Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

 Generate and convert leads through walk-ins, channel partners, digital platforms, and referrals.

 Conduct property presentations and site visits for prospective clients.

 Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners.

 Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize project sales.

 Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis.

 Coordinate with the marketing team for lead generation campaigns.

 Ensure a seamless customer experience from inquiry to booking.

 Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.

Requirements

 Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

 4–5 years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 1–2 years in a leadership role.

 Strong communication, negotiation, and team management skills.

 Proven ability to achieve sales targets.

 Customer-focused mindset with excellent presentation skills
