A real estate sales manager drives revenue by leading sales teams, setting quotas, developing market strategies, and managing the entire property sales cycle. They bridge the gap between developers, agents, and buyers to close high-value residential or commercial deals.
Client Relations & Deal Closure
Escalate Key Sales: Manage high-ticket/luxury clients and step in to help agents negotiate deals and close sales.
Client Relationships: Build and maintain long-term relationships with investors and buyers to secure repeat business and referrals.
Site Visits: Oversee or conduct property presentations and site visits for prospective buyers
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
