Job Description
We are seeking motivated individuals to join our Sales Management Trainee program. This position is designed for candidates who are interested in developing leadership, sales, marketing, and business management skills through hands-on experience and structured training.
As a Sales Management Trainee, you will begin by learning the fundamentals of sales, customer acquisition, brand representation, and team development. Successful trainees will have the opportunity to advance into leadership and management roles based on performance, professionalism, and demonstrated leadership ability.
Responsibilities
* Represent the organization professionally to local businesses
* Develop strong communication and relationship-building skills
* Participate in sales and marketing campaigns
* Generate new business opportunities and customer relationships
* Learn team management, leadership, and coaching techniques
* Assist with recruiting, training, and onboarding initiatives
* Track performance metrics and contribute to team goals
* Work closely with leadership to develop management skills
