Sales Management Professional

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Jaipur. This is a full-time on-site role that requires strong leadership skills, strategic planning, and excellent communication abilities. As a Sales Manager, you will lead and manage sales operations, develop and implement sales strategies, and meet sales targets for motor and non-motor insurance products.

Key Responsibilities
Your key responsibilities will include recruitment of agents, soliciting business through them, and developing and implementing sales strategies. Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should have a proven track record in sales management, team leadership, and strategic planning. You should also have knowledge of motor and non-motor insurance products and market trends. Additionally, you should possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
