We are seeking a results-driven and dynamic Sales Manager to lead our sales operations, drive revenue growth, and expand our market presence. You will be responsible for setting sales strategies, managing the sales pipeline, and building a high-performing team. The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills and a proven track record in meeting and exceeding sales quotas.Sales Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve organizational goals and expand the customer base.Team Leadership: Recruit, train, mentor, and manage a team of sales representatives. Set individual and team sales targets, conduct performance reviews, and provide ongoing coaching.Pipeline Management: Track and analyze sales metrics, forecast sales accurately, and adjust strategies to optimize the sales process.Customer & Partner Relations: Build and maintain long-lasting, strong relationships with key clients and channel partners.
