Job Description
Lead Management & Conversion
Call and follow up with incoming leads and inquiries.
Understand student requirements and career goals.
Explain institute programs, course structure, and career opportunities.
Convert inquiries into admissions through effective counseling.
• Admissions Counseling
Guide students and parents regarding suitable courses.
Schedule and confirm institute visit appointments.
Conduct follow-ups via calls, WhatsApp, and emails.
Assist candidates through the complete admission process.
• Sales Support
Maintain lead database and update CRM/records daily.
Track conversion status and admission pipeline.
Achieve weekly and monthly admission targets.
• Operational Support
Assist in daily institute administrative tasks.
Coordinate with academic and marketing teams.
Support events, seminars, and counseling sessions when required.
About Company: AEP (Academy of Event Planning) is an Institute of Event/Wedding Management and professional Training and education instructors. We provide coaching in event management and wedding planning programs. Focused on creating young and Vibrant Professionals for this billion-dollar untapped and unorganized industry marking their niche in the entertainment industry.
We all come across one or other events in our daily routine life such as private events like weddings, and birthday parties. Some would happen at corporate and social events like conferences, seminars, fashion shows, exhibitions, and film promotional activities. Still, we noticed that only a few of them are being taken care of by professional event planners.
The Industry requires professional event planners who will put new technology trends and innovative and Creative ideas to make a particular event successful and happening which would have gone unnoticed and unsuccessful in the absence of professional event planners.
