An Executive Counsellor and Management professional is responsible for providing personalized counselling to clients or students, handling administrative tasks, managing client relations, and supporting the organization’s operational and strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Provide counselling and guidance to clients/students based on their needs and goals.

✅ Conduct one-on-one or group sessions to address concerns and offer solutions.

✅ Maintain regular follow-up with clients to ensure satisfaction and progress.

✅ Assist in planning and implementing management strategies for smooth workflow.

✅ Coordinate with other departments to ensure effective service delivery.

✅ Handle data management, reports, and client records with confidentiality.

✅ Contribute ideas for service improvement and client engagement.

✅ Achieve individual and team targets set by management.

✅ Address and resolve client queries in a professional manner.
